Para realizar el proyecto utilizamos un edificio comercial de dos niveles . La ubicación física del área de estudio es la Carretera PR-189 Km. 8.8 Bo. Mamey en Gurabo, P.R. y el nombre es Carrión Plaza. Para que conozcan sobre BOMAS, es una Asociación de Administradores y Propietarios de Edificios Comerciales, fundada en 1907. Con el propósito de crear métodos estándares utilizando los mismos parámetros entre los profesionales relacionados a estos proyectos (agrimensores, comerciantes, planificadores, corredores de bienes raíces e ingenieros). | en_US |
