dc.description.abstractToday the people of Puerto Rico fail to participate in the system of the IVU-Lotto because they say that it is tedious and complicated. There is a need to have an application that offers a simple way for the corroboration of the winning numbers in the draw of the IVU-Lotto. This project tries to meet this need using mobile technology. The developed system is an Android application that offers a simple alternative to the people of Puerto Rico for the option to process their search of winning numbers and register the IVU-Lotto Number to participate in the draw.
