dc.description.abstractA DMAIC methodology was carried out to identify and improve two processes within a Service Providing Company. These processes where the Quote redaction process and the Field Work Time Management. A bottle neck was identified on the Quote process and means where implemented to delegate work and mitigate the bottle neck. Check lists where developed to help reduce the error while evaluating, buying and preparing for works.
