Particular relevant characteristics and project delivery are sometimes in discussion. Historic and aesthetics relevance of a structure has key requirements to enter a consideration process for undertaking effects that delay the process for the completion of highway projects. Sometimes the tools used to address the preservation issues are based in historical documents that points out the relevance of the structure and aesthetics. Engineering judgement using mathematical calculations tools and evaluation concepts address the safety concerns in bridge performance. The structures in question are bridges whom historical, design or aesthetics type background are relevance, load rating database will be used as a terminology tool to indicate the structurally load carrying capacity of the bridges in question.
