Company Wide Software Deployment

Abstract

This papers reviews the deployment of a new software tool in a private company and the issues that it triggered due to an ill prepared user base. It also covers the quick solutions established to address the issues in a timely manner while capturing the lessons learned & preparing for a new deployment in a near possible future.
